Bio
Wallace is a cinematic journey, a sonic landscape filled with evocative melodies crafted with analog synthesizers, reverberant guitars, piercing horns, soothing flutes, and groovy rhythms, transporting you on a road trip through unknown deserts.
Shaped by the vibrant atmosphere of Neukölln, the Spielothek album was created in a space where Eastern and Western sounds converge.
Originally from the sunny Mediterranean coast of Spain, Wallace (Rafael Estela) embarked on his instrumental project, weaving music into the fabric of his imaginary films. Following years of drumming alongside various artists in his homeland, he made his way to Berlin to compose and produce his music. Armed with a collection of vintage synthesizers and analog gear, Wallace draws inspiration from retro sounds, channeling influences ranging from Morricone to the ethereal compositions of the French band Air, he explores sound aesthetics and creates immersive musical landscapes.
